募集の背景

  香川大学医学部では、本学のテニュアトラック制度に基づき、任期３年のテニュアトラックポストの教員（准教授相当）を公募します。本制度は、若手研究者を任期付きで雇用し、将来に亘って活躍できる医学部の優れた教育職員として育成するため、整備された環境のもとに研究と教育を推進する経験を重ねた後に、教育職員としての適性について公正･厳格な審査を行い、本学准教授のテニュア（任期の定めのない常時勤務を要する教育職員としての身分）を取得させることを目的とするものです。

  採用された若手研究者は、独立した研究室の使用が認められ、既定の研究費が提供されます。テニュアトラック期間内に所定の業績を上げた場合には、任期の定めのない常勤の教育職員としての身分（テニュア）で本学の准教授に採用される予定です。なお、テニュアトラック制の詳細については、『香川大学教員のテニュアトラック制に関する規程』（http://www.kagawa-u.ac.jp/somu/kisoku/reiki_honbun/x872RG00000690.html）をご参照ください。

 

１．公募人員　　テニュアトラック教員（准教授相当）　１名（任期３年間）

２．所　　属　　医学部 看護学科

３．応募資格

１)博士の学位を有する人（博士号取得後概ね10年以内の人）。

２)保健師資格および、行政での公衆衛生看護学に関わる業務に従事した経験をもち、疫学、公衆衛生学あるいは関連分野で研究実績がある人。就任後は、香川県内市町村との協働による研究などに取り組める人。

３)項目４に示した授業を担当もしくは分担できるとともに、学部では看護学科における教育と学生指導に参加でき、大学運営にも携わり、大学院では看護学専攻博士前期・後期課程における教育と学生指導に参加できる人。

４)日本語で教育・研究の指導ができる十分な日本語能力を有すること。

・地域看護学概論、公衆衛生学、さぬき地域包括ケア論、さぬきの暮らしと健康実習

・統合実習、看護実践技術論、防災・災害看護、看護研究

・その他（原則、テニュア取得後）全学共通科目

２)大学院

・地域看護学特論、地域看護学演習、公衆衛生看護学特論Ⅰ（概論）、公衆衛生看護学特論Ⅱ（技術論）、公衆衛生看護学特論Ⅲ（活動論）、保健医療福祉行政特論、保健医療福祉行政演習、地域健康生活支援実習、公衆衛生看護管理特論、公衆衛生看護管理演習、公衆衛生看護倫理特論、公衆衛生看護学実習、特別研究

１)給与

     月額 ４４８,０００円～４９７,０００円　+諸手当

８．選考方法

第一次選考：書類審査。選考終了後、その結果をE-mailでお知らせします。

第二次選考：面接審査。第一次選考を通過した方を対象として１～２月頃面接を実施します。面接の日時、内容などは直接本人に通知します。なお、面接のための旅費は応募者でご負担願います。

１３．中間評価・テニュア審査について

採用者は採用後１年経過後に中間評価、３年目にテニュア審査が行われ、合格者は４年目から専任教員（准教授）として採用されます。中間評価・テニュア審査は、外部委員を含む「選考委員会」により、研究、教育、学部運営及び社会的活動等の活動実績に基づいて行います。

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (tenure-track position in the School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Kagawa University)

 

Background

The Faculty of Medicine, Kagawa University invites applications for a tenure-track position for a term of three years based on the university's tenure-track system. The purpose of this system is to employ young researchers for a fixed term, and to develop them as excellent educational staff who can be active in the future, by providing them with experience in research and education under a well-developed environment. They are evaluated fairly and rigorously for their suitability as educational staff at the expiration of their tenure, to promote them associate professors after tenure track.

 

The successful applicant will be allowed to use a research room and will be provided with pre-defined research funding. If he/she has achieved the required performance within the tenure-track period, he/she will be appointed as an associate professor at the university with the status of full-time teaching staff with no fixed term (tenure). 6. Qualifications for Employment

6-2 Research field: The successful applicant will have a successful academic record and research

results in public health nursing or a related field, and in applying fundamental knowledge in epidemiology for research.

6-3 The successful applicant is expected to teach in the following subject areas in cooperation with

other professors for under- and post-graduate students:

6-3-1 Some of the subjects in the field of community health nursing, undergraduate course.

6-3-2 Advanced public health nursing I, II, Ⅲ in graduate course (including the seminar).

6-3-3 Field training at a municipality, birthing center, and so on

 

7. Japanese language ability and knowledge about public health policy      

and activities in Japan

The successful applicant is required to have sufficient Japanese language fluency to be involved in undergraduate and graduate education using Japanese as the main language of communication and teaching. Moreover, the applicant is also required to have sufficient knowledge about the Japanese health care system.

14. Information for tenure: Midterm and final evaluation

This application is a tenure-track position. The successful applicant will have two evaluations for tenure, a midterm evaluation in the first year, and a final evaluation in the third year of the contract. The evaluations will be conducted by an evaluation committee, including person(s) from outside Kagawa University, and will focus on research, education, and social contribution. The details of evaluation system will be explained in the interview. If the result of the evaluations is favorable and the appointee has made promising or significant research, he/she will be offered a permanent tenured position at the rank of associate professor, commencing on 1^st April, 2027.
