We are recruiting students from the Graduate School of Medicine (Doctoral Program). After getting enrolled in graduate school, we will take care the training and research of new students in accordance with the strategy for education and research of this department. In our laboratory, students have the opportunity to choose their research projects following a discussion with the faculties. The research is conducted under the guidance of senior researchers as well as the faculties. Depending on the progress of research, it is possible to obtain a qualification as a research fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science or study in abroad. In addition, the graduate school system for clinicians allows graduate students to obtain a degree while continuing to work in the university or affiliated hospital. For international students, usually, our staffs provide every supports for their daily activities from the very first day. Since, we have many international students, fellows and researcher from different parts of the world (Thailand, Bangladesh, China), it is relatively easier for any newcomers to overcome the cultural shock, and to cope with the educational and research activities.
